Pre Construction Assessment Consultancy
Our intention in a Pre Construction Assessment Consultancy is to ensure an owners project will be executed and built according to codes, government agencies, permits and constructibility
Phase 1
Preliminary Design Drawings are prepared, received and evaluated. Our lead estimator and architect of record will evaluate the plans and generate a Construction Cost Opinion.
Regulatory conditions are evaluated and verified for project to advanced in permitting. We will consult with our permits specialist to validate government regulations
Civil and structural engineer will be consulted for evaluation of site conditions, grading and structural opinion of the house.
Phase 2
Preliminary Designs will be sent back to Architect with comments base on Construction Cost Opinion, Government Regulation & Civil/Structural Opinion. Architect of Record will make suggestions respecting intentions from Architect
After revisions, new Construction Cost will be performed. Our intention of a final product will be advancing into construction documents with Architect and providing the Owner a transparent/honest over view of the construction process in Puerto Rico
